Spent a year of his life on a sheep farm in New Zealand
Has been a planning director twice – which was quite enough!
Was born in Singapore and brought up in Japan
Has been married to a marketer for 20 years and loves it (and her!)
Has a degree in philosophy and English and still dabbles in both from time to time
